What makes CarveArt frames unique?
Corners • CarveArt frame corners are tight, with no gaps or misalignment. With standard moulding, the design does not match at the corners. On CarveArt frames, the design flows through the corners. This is accomplished by adjusting the design minutely along the sides to achieve a perfect match.
Custom • You choose the style of moulding, the design, and the color. Designs are adjusted to fit the size of the frame and moulding. New designs are created to best enhance the artwork or photograph. Components of existing designs can often be intermixed or modified to create something new. Frames can be personalized with names, dates, quotes, etc.
Stains, Colors and Finish • Semi-transparent
stains are used most frequently, as this best shows off the carving. The stain is absorbed with more intensity in the carved areas. When solid stains or paints are used, the carving will not be as visible.
Custom stain colors can be created to match any color desired. A satin finish is standard. However, a gloss finish is available upon request.
Original • All CarveArt frames are signed originals. With the exception of the cutting of the 
moulding and sanding, no power tools or lasers are used to create these hand~carved frames
